Nirit was one of my first instructors when starting Pilates. I had never taken Pilates before and I was very nervous. Nirit explained every movement and was careful about correcting form for every member. When I would leave Nirit’s class I felt like I had an amazing workout but also felt great. She took the time to make sure we also stretched after class. Anyone that has ever taken Nirit’s class will understand what I mean. Thank you Nirit for everything you taught me!!!

Once you take a class with Nirit you will fall in love. She is patient with the learning experience. Every class is like a new class. There is so much to learn and love, Nirit makes it so easy and fun. Safety is her first concern so she always makes sure your body is positioned properly by demonstrating or moving your body. You can tell by watching and listening to the way she teaches she loves Pilates. Which makes her an incredible instructor.

I started doing Pilates 3 years ago in hopes that I would finally have control of my body. In 2001 I had scoliosis surgery which was life changing for the better, but it obviously came with some long-term severe aches and pains. I am a mother of two 2 beautiful children (currently 8 and 6 yo) which I delivered naturally, but left me with severe diastasis recti and more pain and discomfort. In order to continue to be an active mom that was also a good role model of discipline and health, I needed to do something. Nirit was one of my first trainers. She is truly an expert! She was always ensuring we understood the importance of movements and where it was benefiting us physically. Nirit made sure I was always comfortable but more importantly that I was doing the movements correctly!!! I started doing Pilates twice a week almost 3 years ago, but then realized I want to do it more and advanced to at least 5 days a week. I never wanted to miss my Monday and Friday classes with Nirit. My love for Pilates got to another level when I met her. She has a very unique approach to Pilates that really focus on technique and safety during class. Makes corrections during that might challenge your body. Her energy is feminine and calm yet uplifting and her classes are hard but not impossible. Love her classes!

Seriously the best! take a class with Nirit. You will not regret it she’s super knowledgeable , truly a great teacher. My body always knows When I have taken a great classs.
