POLICIES
24 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations and rescheduling of appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance, in order to avoid a late cancel fee – full cost of missed session.
PAYMENTS
Payments must be made in full before each session. Memberships must be paid in full and expire within 3 months of purchase. No refunds.
WAIVERS & FORMS
A standard waiver and client info form must be completed before your first session. If pregnant, injured, or ending rehabilitation/physical therapy a doctor release is required.
LATECOMERS
Latecomers are not permitted into class for safety reasons. Clients who arrive more than 5 minutes late will need to reschedule, and session’s credit will expire.
MEMBERSHIP PAUSE
A membership can be paused with one month's written notice a maximus of 1 time per calendar year for a fee of $40.
MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION
To cancel your membership, a 30 day written notice is required.
PARKING
Please enter on the second parking entrance. If you know you need to leave early, please park on the street and not in the driveway.
WHAT TO BRING TO THE STUDIO
Non-slip sticky socks are mandatory (for your safety and for hygiene reasons), bottle of water, wear anything you feel comfortable exercising in.
